President Donald Trump once again left social media users puzzled after sharing a strange post on Truth Social that simply read: “South Carerdddd.”
That was all — no context, no follow-up, and no explanation. The post was quickly deleted, but not before users captured screenshots and spread them across social media, turning the odd message into the internet’s latest viral mystery.

MSNBC host Jonathan Lemire posted an image of Trump’s deleted post, sparking an online frenzy filled with jokes, memes, and speculation.
“The baffling part: South Carerdddd. The hilarious part: 262 likes,” joked user Scarlet Tanager, adding, “He’s at turnip stage on the cognitive test.”
Another user drew comparisons to elderly relatives fumbling with technology. “These posts increasingly look like the texts my 85-year-old mother sends me from her nursing home bed,” wrote @btw3267.
@AnaFirefly22 added a nod to Trump’s infamous “covfefe” tweet, saying, “Covfefe bela is sounding more and more lucid every day.”
While many users found humor in the bizarre post, others voiced concern over the former president’s health. “Stroke?” asked one user, M. Perez, while another, @_JeremyWrites, commented, “Dude just stroked out.”
In one of the more pointed reactions, user Tish573 wrote, “Now we know why he needed an MRI.”
The since-deleted Truth Social post might be one of Trump’s most confusing moments online yet. With no statement or clarification from Trump or his team, the internet is left guessing what “South Carerdddd” was supposed to mean.
For now, the cryptic phrase survives only in screenshots — and in the endless stream of memes, jokes, and theories about what exactly was going through Trump’s mind when he decided to hit “Post.”
