A Facebook post from a MAGA voter receiving SNAP benefits is going viral after she revealed her mother-in-law refused to lend her grocery money — all because she voted for Donald Trump.

“I’m so anxious about this whole shutdown. My husband’s [a] veteran using his GI bill for school. We get food stamps since I’m disabled and he’s in school,” the woman wrote.
“We have two kids, one is two, and we’re waiting to get her tested for autism. She’s a picky eater. I’ve tried other foods, but in the end, I give up because I don’t want any more screaming. My 6-month-old is starting purees. Yes, we get WIC, but still. I don’t know how we’re going to pay rent, let alone our other bills, and get food.”
“I do cook everything from scratch, and I’ve been adding rice, beans, or noodles to stretch it out. I’m just at my wits’ end and overwhelmed. Plus, we’re almost out of formula.”
“He asked his mother to buy a can until our WIC comes in. Her response was, ‘We voted for this.’”
The post quickly spread across social media, drawing thousands of comments and sparking heated debate.

If you make decisions based on your hate and prejudice, you’re going to get burned by leaders who make their decisions based on hate and prejudice. Millionaires and billionaires don’t care about you or your problems. They needed your vote, convinced you to give it to them, and now you’re just an empty wrapper blowing around on the street. They wanted control so they could enrich themselves at your expense and you blindly gave it to them. The biggest mystery of all is you can’t seem to understand why other people think that people like you are incredibly stupid.

All of this was open information when she voted for him. He told his people what he was going to do, but they were too enamoured to understand that hurting people hurts them too. Sucks.

Voters that vote for a single issue usually are the ones that vote republican. They have a very narrow view of what they’re voting for and end up voting against their own interests. Or, they’ve always voted republican and have been drinking the Kool-Aid too long. I suspect they also have veteran benefits as well as receive ACA subsidies.

I can’t even believe the lack of morality since the election. I voted for Trump which I am proud to say, but BOTH sides have been behaving like toddlers in some circumstances……if I knew someone was in need to feed their family, needs medication, needs anything else that I can provide because I am blessed, I am not going to concern myself with who they voted for. This election has reached an over the top level of lack of humanity. Both sides need to stop acting like this…..get behind the president no matter who you voted for……you don’t have to agree to everything, but focus on the good of our country which will hopefully be in good shape when our grand children are in charge.
