In that time, our lives have changed so much, these characters’ lives have changed so much, even the universe has changed. But the quality of the series remains the same. My Rant Review – James Gunn Does It His Way
I can’t believe what I just watched! The ending of the first episode… that family dinner is going to be wild. Peacemaker killed Peacemaker. 💀 The moment that happened, I knew this season was going to be so fucking good. I mean, James Gunn doing it his way! He has officially replaced the Justice League with the Justice Gang in Peacemaker Season 2, and I am so here for it.
The orgy scene in the first episode shows how Chris is at rock bottom. He’s lonely, barely involved in sex, isolating himself. It’s a great way to show his mental state. Man, James Gunn must love the Mad Hatter. He is quoted in Season 1 and the white rabbit appears in this season.
Economos has gotten better at dyeing his beard this season. The roots no longer show! Even though Leota is an original character of James Gunn’s, her business card felt like a joke from the comics. Very DC 👌.
